United Real Estate Los Angeles. My passion is helping people sell their homes
with ease and get top dollar while doing so, and in this video I’m going to share three
crucial tips about how you can do just that. In the old days of selling homes, a real estate
agent would put a sign in the yard, put the home’s listing on the MLS, and pray that it
sold. I call that the old three Ps. It’s a process that worked 15 or 20 years
ago, but doesn’t work today. Mary Anglin: If you’ve sold a home in the

expert in many areas and be able to use sophisticated technologies and strategies as a proven process. That process involves three components, which
I call the new three Ps. The first component is preparation. It’s the packaging. A home buyer is going to spend hundreds of
thousands of dollars for something they’ll own for years, or possibly even decades to
come. Because of that, they’re going to be looking
at everything with a very critical eye, so it’s very important to make a very good first
impression. Your agent should be able to help guide you
on how to do that. The second component is price. If you’ve overpriced your home, all the preparation
or marketing in the world isn’t going to make a difference. So in this video series, I’m going to share
with you an optimum pricing strategy, its details, and why it results in more money
for you. The third and final component
is promotion. Today’s tech savvy and mobile buyer is looking
for their next home online. This means you need a cutting edge, aggressive
internet and social marketing strategy to help you succeed. I’ll share with you a strategy that puts your
home in front of more than three times as many buyers as other homes on the market. I will be going into each of these three components
